Refunds and Exchanges

Every piece I make is something that I am proud of and honoured to put out into the world, but if you find you are not satisfied with any of your purchases please let me know and we can figure out what went wrong. Please make sure you double check sizing and colour options before you order so you know what you're getting. The best things about handmade pieces is that each one is unique! Variations in colour, size shape and texture are just a fact. These are not grounds for returns.

Returns

If you decide that your order is just not right for you, please send me a message within 7 days of receiving it. Exchanges or store credit will be issued, I do not issue refunds at this time. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return of the merchandise in a resalable condition. Credit will only be given for pieces that come back with no damaged so please take care in repackaging and shipping so that nothing breaks in transit. Your store credit will be issued when I receive the item in one piece.
All pieces are packed to make it to you safe and sound. But sometimes things happen! If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me at telfer@upstairs-downstairs-studio.com with pictures of the damage and we'll start there! 

Again, please remember: The best thing about handmade pottery is the variation. Like all great ceramics, mine will have a variation in colour, size, shape and texture. That is what makes these pieces one-of-a-kind (and awesome! We love a 1/1 piece!)
